I absolutely love the backgound and all its detail! I feel backgrounds go a little under appreciated. You never hear people talking about how well a background is made (or at least I don't)

Not bad at all for a first attempt. If there's one thing I could recommend if you're getting into digital art (not to sound like a know-it-all, cause I don't know it all), experiment with EVERYTHING. Even if it turns out bad or good, it doesn't matter.

That's a big mistake I made when getting into digital art. I still don't know what half of the tools in my art program do cause I don't take the time to experiment.
